BAGHDAD: Opec is likely to decide to cut oil production targets when it meets next month, which should help prices gradually rise back above a fair price of US$70 a barrel, Iraqi Oil Minister Hussain al-Shahristani said on Saturday.

“The year 2009 will be a tough economic year. It is expected demand for crude oil will drop,” Shahristani said. “In March, Opec will meet and there is an intention to decide a further cut to shore up prices.”

Iraq, a founding member of Opec with the world's third largest reserves, is not bound by the group’s production limits but has had trouble maintaining its output — much less meeting ambitious growth targets — because of crumbling infrastructure.

Hi, Just want to update regarding the latest news regarding swisscash... Yeah the biggest internet investment drama. I just happen to know that a small group of swisscash investors managed to withdraw their investment monies safely into their bank account. USD600 worth of egold per ID is to be charged in advance. ACF price is fixed to 2.98 and EMF is fixed to 2.74 for the release of the shares. This person, called him self as Ben, Show me the transaction proof of the withdrawal that has been deposited into their local bank account in Malaysia. When checked with the bank regarding the transactions, it really did took place. So he gave me the admin's email address. So, I emailed and ask question regarding it. I haven't withdraw using this method, but I am waiting for the 1st of December's answer.

I am not asking you to believe it, but this is what I get from the admin (I hope he is the admin)

Swisscash will be back online on the 1st of December 2007. The website is still www.swisscash.biz (not available yet). There are no new programs but still SIP25. Not sure about EMF and ACF. Also there are no news that swisscash is going to merge with other company such as sun capital. Also, Swisscash is not available in South East Asia. Don't know why... all of the ID's will be lock forever until further notice.

I dont know how true is it. But let us see whats going to happen on the 1st of December.

KUALA LUMPUR 10 Julai – Suruhanjaya Sekuriti (SC) berjaya mendapatkan perintah injunksi antarabangsa untuk membekukan semua harta milik tiga orang penganjur skim cepat kaya Internet SwissCash di dalam dan di luar negara.

SC memperoleh injunksi antarabangsa mareva ke atas para pengendali skim tersebut hasil tindakan guaman sivil yang difailkan oleh suruhanjaya itu di Mahkamah Tinggi Kuala Lumpur pada 21 Jun lalu.

Injunksi itu melibatkan defendan-defendan Albert Lee Kee Sien, Kelvin Choo Mun Hoe dan Amir Hassan yang menguruskan Swiss Mutual Fund (1948) S. A., SMF International Limited dan SMF (1948) International Limited.

SC dalam satu kenyataan di sini hari ini memberitahu, tindakan sivil itu merupakan susulan siasatannya ke atas skim SwissCash mengikut Akta Perindustrian Sekuriti 1983 dan Akta Pencegahan Pengubahan Wang Haram dan Pembiayaan Keganasan 2001.

Dalam kenyataannya, suruhanjaya itu tidak menyatakan sama ada semua defendan berkenaan sedang ditahan atau masih bebas.

Jumlah aset defendan-defendan berkenaan serta nilai pelaburan orang ramai yang dikutip oleh skim SwissCash di Malaysia juga tidak didedahkan.

Bagaimanapun, menurut satu sumber, kegiatan SwissCash yang terbongkar 10 bulan lalu menjanjikan dividen 300 peratus selepas pelaburan selama 15 bulan.

Skim itu dikatakan telah menerima deposit antara RM380 juta dan RM3.8 bilion daripada kira-kira 100,000 pelabur Malaysia.

Injunksi mareva yang diperoleh SC pada 21 Jun lalu memberi kuasa kepada suruhanjaya itu untuk menyekat dan menghalang defendan-defendan daripada menyasarkan, mempelawa dan mengambil dana daripada orang ramai bagi pelaburan dalam SwissCash atau mana-mana skim pelaburan Internet.

Perhaps the biggest reason people fail in forex trading is because they can't seem to take enough winning trades, right?

Wrong.

The biggest reason people fail trading is because they don't let their profits run.

Sorry. Still wrong.

Because they attempt to day trade.

No, that's not it.

Most people who fail in forex trading do so because they trade with too much leverage. Trading at 100:1 is asking for trouble. Why do the brokers advertise it so heavily?

Because it's good for you? Because they have your best interests in their heart? Because they make a lot of money when you do?

No.

Most brokers trade against their traders because they know that most are losers. So all they have to do is take the opposite side and over time they will be net winners.

Shocking? Disgusting?

I don't think so. Don't hate them. You'd do the same if you were in their place. Sure, if they truly cheat or steal, that is another thing. But don't hate them just because they are trying to maximize their money.

Back to the main point. Too much leverage will kill you. Do you realize that at 100:1 (the most common leverage offered) you will be wiped out if the price moves just 1% against you (if you have no stops in place).

At 200:1 leverage just 1/2% of price movement against you will empty your account. In truth, you shouldn't (in my humble opinion) trade at higher that 10:1. In other words, ten cents would control one dollar (or whatever currency is your base currency).

Let's backtrack. If you noticed above I said that you wouldn't be wiped out at 100:1 leverage if you have stops in the market. If that is the case, then what is the danger? Just make sure you have stops, right?

No.

The percentages still hold true. At the higher leverage the market may only have to move a hundredth of a percent to take out your stop. All the market has to do is hiccup, and you're out.

On the other hand, if you've got your leverage small, you can give your trade more room, because each pip is worth less. More room means the market can move against you before moving in your favor.

How many times has the market touched one of you stops (taking you out of the trade), before moving in the "right" direction? That wouldn't have happened if you'd had been less leveraged.

Leverage kills traders. Repeat that. Over and over.

Forex is an interbank market that was created in 1971 when international trade transitioned from fixed to floating exchange rates. Since then the rates of currencies relative to each other are determined by the most obvious means which is the exchange at a mutually agreed rate.

This market surpasses the others in its volume. For example, the daily turnover of world securities market is estimated at $3 hundred billion, while Forex approaches 1 to 3 TRILLION US dollars in the same amount of time.

However, Forex is not a market in a traditional sense. It doesn't have a fixed location of the trading floor as, for example, futures market does. The trading is done over the telephone and at the computer terminals in hundreds of banks around the world simultaneously.

Well, anyway, you guys are awesome. We now have over 13,000 members and growing exponentially everyday. No matter how many servers we add, you guys keep exceeding their capacity, which is a good thing in a way. The bad thing is that our search engine is down again.

Atleast we have stabilized the homepage and forums. Right? You still earn by loading up the homepage and using the forums. Some of you are still able to search, but most are not able to. So what we are doing is getting a new custom data center built just for us. This is going to lead to no downtime very soon and results for every one, even in different countries and languages. Please be patient and things will continue to be better. We are just as anxious as all of you.

Please don't post or email about downtime. We know what is going on and we are doing our best. If you are that worried about it, just wait it out and we will be emailing everyone when things become normal again. It even looks like Yahoo and Google are having problems. Many services are down right now for both of them. Weird. Even our ads aren't loading right now. ^ \/

whats is SMS actually
